The first 300 boxing tag applications AND the first 300 mma tag applications filled out correctly and accepted will NOT have to pay a specialty tag fee.  The only fee you will be required to pay is your regular renewal fee!

The ONLY way to get on the list is to print the form below, fill it out completely and return it to the commission.
